09 Feb 10: I am selling my 1984 Saab 900 S.  This is a sad announcement because I don't want to sell it, but it no longer runs and I can't afford to fix it any more.  Selling for $1000 because I need to recoup the cost for repairs in January and get something for the car to put towards the downpayment I just put on my 2005 Subaru Legacy.  Will ship anywhere in the US if you're a saab enthusiast and want to pay shipping.  In unrelated news, I could really use an extra $2000.  Contact me via info@meganmcgory.com, because I've been getting nothing but scammy spam from craigslist and it's making me quite angry.  Some people think the car has simple problems but now it's really a project car for someone who can restore it.  I'd have it restored myself if I didn't have to ship it to the UK to find someone who would do the full restoration it really needs.   If my yard was bigger I'd push it under a tree until I could afford such a restoration but right now it's hard to park 4 cars in the driveway.  Has title, brand new exhaust & battery.

If you like this site and would like to make a contribution of some sort, here's the areas that I desperately need some help in:

--Cross-browser compatibility issues with IE7.  I give up.  I know someone out there can make it work but that someone isn't me.

--Cross-browser compatibility issues with any browser you use that I don't, like Safari or Opera.  I must say I like Opera (it's my sister-in-law's weapon of choice) but like I said, web design is a hobby for me and not my full time job.  And even when it was my full time job, I wasn't that good at it. Which is why I now work for USPS. haha (but the pay is better, and so are the hours/bosses! None of this insanity with "oh, by the way, again, that programming should only take you two days, right?" lol)

--and if you don't know how to do any of the above, of course, you could help me out the old fashioned way. lol

As you can see, the site has a long, long ways to go before it lives up to its glory it saw in the height of 2001.  The fact it's not hosted by geocities/angelfire/megspace is an improvement already, right? LOL. Consider it a work in progress. Follow me on twitter or else. PS If you use IE, I really hate doing cross-browser compatibility with a passion. So go download firefox if you run into any problems because I have a life off the computer and compatibility is not one of my strong points, for real.

PS Guestbook is here, I don't even know if these guestbooks work anymore since they're from like 2001. LOL
